FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: to increase the osmotic erythrocyte membrane resistance under conditions of experimental cancer formation is suggested to use resveratrol. To create model of intoxication and carcinogenesis to animals together with drinking water for 4 months N-nitrozodiethyl amine is introduced in dose of 100 mg/l. At that, resveratrol is introduced with food in dose of 100 mg/kg of body weight for 6 months.
EFFECT: method provides higher resistance of membranes, thus promoting reduction percentage of laked blood cells and increases their viability under conditions of experimental carcinogenesis.
