FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to the development of surgical adhesives having anti-inflammatory properties intended for the prevention of postoperative complications. Medical adhesive contains oxypropylated ethylenediamine, a viscosity regulator – dimethylsulfoxide, or kerosene, or N,N-dimethylformamide, or alkylated naphthalenes, an isocyanate-containing component – a prepolymer obtained by reacting 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate and polyoxypropyleneglycol with a molecular weight of at least 3000, and the hydroxyl-containing component – Laprol-6003, or Laprol-5003, or Laprol-3003.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in antiseptic properties and an improvement in the spreadability of the adhesive by reducing the viscosity.
