FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to air venting valve (1) for removing air from a vulcanising mould of a vehicle tyre. Technical result is achieved by air venting valve (1) for removing air from a vulcanising mould of a vehicle tyre which comprises valve sleeve (2). Inside valve sleeve (2) there is venting channel (3) and movable inner part (4), which comprises stem (5), the end of which is provided with valve disc (6) for opening and closing air venting channel (3). Valve disc is against stop surface (7) of valve sleeve (2) in a closed position of air venting valve (1). And in an open position it is located at a distance from said stop surface (7). Valve disc (6) has a front surface (9) provided with bulge (12) having a corresponding shape for producing the desired shape on the vulcanised material. Spring member (8) for forcing inner part (4) towards the open position. Edge of front surface (9) is at the same level as end (15) of valve sleeve (2), when air venting valve (1) is in the closed position. Height (h) of bulge (12) is the distance between end (15) of valve sleeve (2) and front point of bulge (12) in the longitudinal direction of stem (5), when air venting valve (1) is in the closed position and is 0.01-0.6 mm.
EFFECT: technical result is the prevention of material leakage through the valve and prevention of valve blockage by the material.
