FIELD: military equipment.
SUBSTANCE: combat vehicle automatic weapons shooting method relates to weapons and military equipment (WME), and can be used at WME facilities having the automatic cannons or heavy machine guns with different rates of fire. Combat vehicle automatic weapons shooting method includes preparatory operations on the zero line of sight adjustment relative to the gun and its adjustment firing at a low rate of fire with the determination of corrections for the sight sighting mark displacement relative to the gun barrel axis in the horizontal and vertical planes. At that, additionally performing the weapon adjustment firing at a high rate of fire, with the determination of corrections for the sight sighting mark displacement relative to the gun barrel axis in two planes. Combat vehicle fire control system additionally includes sight with the field of view independent stabilization in two planes and the corrections input unit, providing displacement based the weapon barrel channel axis algorithm interpolation in two planes by means of the weapon aiming stabilizer actuators relative to the sight aiming mark during firing at the rates from low to high, taking into account the weapon adjustment results at the given rates of fire.
EFFECT: increase in the combat vehicle automatic weapons firing accuracy at various rates of fire, which will increase the probability of land and air targets engaging.
