Proposed is a method for preparation of children with autism spectrum disorders for dental treatment comprising obtaining a confidential contact between a doctor and a child, characterized in communication with a child at the first attendance outside the dental chair, in showing the teeth cleaning on a model and asking for repeating tooth brushing on a model independently, and a child is further placed in a chair and an oral cavity is consistently examined, the stage of dental treatment is then performed with the help of the necessary tools, wherein a child is informed about each stage of treatment, is allowed to hold tools for a time and it is shown how they work, and each subsequent attendance begins with the stage of communication with a child outside the chair, and then proceeds to the stage that did not take place at the previous attendance, preserving the previous ambiance in the office, observing the same sequence of actions as at the previous attendance, and after each attendance a child is praised and receives a gift as a reward.

EFFECT: simplified and expended functionality of the method.
