METHOD OF TRAINING CHILDREN WITH PSYCHONEUROLOGICAL DISORDERS PREPARING FOR SANATION OF ORAL CAVITY Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A61B17/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oral hygiene and prevention of dental diseases in children with psychoneurological disorders, limited motor functions, and is intended for children's adaptation to dental treatment. Performing in the child development of cognitive functions by training at the first stage for 15–20 minutes daily, 10–15 days using bioinert material and pictured in the photo in the application to the description of sets of manipulation models, performed successively with oral hygiene: application of toothpaste on the toothbrush bristle, mouth opening, order of movements when cleaning upper and lower jaw teeth. Then at the second stage on the other set of models for 10 minutes day 15–20 days with the child performing conditional manipulations in dental treatment: opening of mouth, introduction into oral cavity of dental mirror and saliva pump, cotton swab, drying of surface of problem tooth, preparation, irrigation of tooth with water, spitting into spittoon bowl, filling.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to adapt the child to personal hygiene and oral cavity sanation by using models for reproduction of own actions "by sample and similarity" in real time.
