During the exposure, 0.2 % solution of aqueous chlorhexidine bigluconate is fed into the area between the implant and the abdominal wall, while retaining their own tissues along with the sutures fixing the aponeurosis of abdominal rectus muscles "edge to edge".
EFFECT: method prevents reherniation.
