SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to herniology. In the implementation of nadaponeurotic plastic surgery of the ventral hernia after excision of the hernial sac and immersion of the hernial contents into the abdominal cavity, the edges of the aponeurosis are isolated with their further reduction and edge-to-edge suturing. Polypropylene mesh implant is fixed with stitches over the aponeurosis, the preparation of PerClot is evenly applied to the implant surface before coating with a nodes fixing meshlayer powder. Applied preparation layer is uniformly irrigated with physiological saline until a gel-like coating forms on the surface of the mesh implant.
EFFECT: method reduces the postoperative wound complications of hernioplasty, reduces the recurrence of hernias.
