FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator comprises a housing and resilient elements. Body is made in the form of two rigidly interconnected by means of a horizontal strip of corners. Each corner consists of horizontal and rigidly connected with them vertical plates. Vertical plates are connected to each other in the lower part by a horizontal bar. Under the bar with a gap is a buffer device. Each of the elastic elements contains the lower and upper support plates. Between the plates coaxially the external with right and internal with left angles of turns rise springs are installed. Lower support plate is the base, on which the bottom flanges of the springs are rigidly secured. Between the upper support plate and the upper flange of the inner spring is a dry friction damper consisting of two cylindrical discs in contact with one another. Lower disc is rigidly connected to the upper flange of the inner spring, and the upper one to the upper support plate. On facing each other surfaces of discs the concentric diametric grooves and inserted in them shoulders are made. Material of the discs is a sintered friction material based on copper.
EFFECT: enabling the vibration isolation in resonance mode increased efficiency.
