FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to machine building. Vibration isolator contains a housing with a cover inside which is mounted an elastic element and a threaded pin. External thread is made on the housing and interacts with internal thread made on the cover plate. Elastic element is installed on an annular support mounted on a threaded end face of the housing. External collar of the central sleeve interacts with an annular stop of the cover plate. In the central bushing, an internal annular stop is formed interacting with an annular stopper formed on a threaded pin. Washer interacting with the annular support on the threaded pin end face of the housing is fixed on the opposite end of the threaded pin. Between the body and the washer there is an additional resilient damping device, which contains the lower and upper support plates. Between the plates the outer plate with the right angles of the spring turns and the inner plate with the left angles of the spring turns are located. Between the upper support plate and the top flange of the internal spring a dry friction damper is installed. Damper consists of two contacting cylindrical discs. Bottom disc is rigidly linked with the top flange of the internal spring. Top disc is rigidly linked with the top support disk. On facing each other surfaces of discs the concentric diametric grooves and inserted in them shoulders are made.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of vibration isolation is achieved.
