FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hot water supply and can be used for the preparation and supply of water of the required temperature to various points of consumption. Electric water heater with a storage tank contains a heated storage tank with a housing that has a hermetically sealed opening and closing device in the lower part of the latter. Inside the storage tank housing is vertically installed with the possibility of ensuring free circulation of water flow through the inlet and outlet cavities of the circulation pipe with heat-insulated walls. Working section of the heating element is integrated into the inlet cavity of the circulation pipe through the mounting and closing device. Water temperature sensor is integrated into the storage tank housing in the area of the lower base outside the inlet cavity of the circulation pipe. Thermostat is connected to the water temperature sensor, the heating element and the control unit. Outlet cavity of the cold water supply branch pipe is withdrawn to the lower region of the storage tank cavity, and the inlet neck of the branch pipe of the hot water outlet branch is brought into the upper area of the inner cavity of the latter. Accumulation tank is made in a form elongated in height. Heating element is provided with a protective water temperature sensor built-in through the mounting-locking device into the inlet cavity of the circulation pipe to a depth that is equal or slightly greater than the depth of the input of the working part of the heating element, and is connected in series to the electric control circuit of the heating element. Circulation pipe is rigidly fixed by means of one or more mounting brackets or a flowing base to the inner surface of the storage tank body, preferably at the top or bottom thereof, or to the upper base of the mounting and locking device, or suspended in this position to the surface of the storage tank body, preferably in its upper part, centered symmetrical flexible suspension, or it is installed on the surface of the lower part of the storage tank casing or the upper base of the mounting and locking device without loosening on the legs, including the dummy ones. Flowing base of the circulation pipe is cylindrical with holes on the side surface and with a cross-sectional diameter equal to the diameter of the inlet or outlet cavity of the corresponding part of the circulation pipe, and rigidly connected to its corresponding edge.
EFFECT: improving operational characteristics by increasing efficiency and reliability of operation, as well as providing ease of maintenance.
