FIELD: water supply.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of hot water supply and can be used in residential, public and industrial facilities to prepare and supply water of the required temperature to various points of consumption. Electric water heater with a storage tank contains a decorative casing and a hollow accumulation tank with a casing heat-insulated from the outside, a control unit, block-type heating elements and water temperature sensors. Working parts of the sensors are built in the storage tank cavity through mounting holes in the tank housing by their individual or common attachment bases tightening by means of the appropriate mounting devices to the accumulation tank housing. Temperature regulators are connected to the corresponding water temperature sensors and connected to the respective heating elements via the control unit via the serial electric circuit. Cold water feed and heated water intake pipes are communicated with storage chamber bottom and top regions, respectively. Heating surface of working part of at least one of heating elements is mainly located in lower area of cavity of accumulation tank. Heating surfaces of working elements of heating elements are arranged with allowance for temporary modes of heated water consumption above bottom part of accumulation tank cavity at elevations providing possibility of heating limited volumes of water in cavity of accumulation tank, or by mounting their mounting bases through a mounting hole made on the upper base of the housing of the storage tank, or through mounting holes made on the corresponding elevations of its side walls, or by making a working part of a corresponding heating element of an elongated shape with concentration of its heating surfaces mainly on end sections, or by mounting the mounting base of the heating element through a mounting hole made on a hermetically closed bottom or on the side surface of a built-in storage tank through the above mounting hole on the lower base of its housing vertically oriented hollow, constant or variable, including step, tubular shaft section of a solid design or consisting of separate collecting sections on threaded or flanged sealed connections, with maximum outer diameter of the cross section, somewhat smaller than diameter of corresponding mounting hole in accumulation tank housing, including with corrugated or telescopic sections and their length adjustment devices, which is tightly fixed to housing of storage tank by open base equipped with mounting flange by means of appropriate mounting device. End parts of working parts of water temperature sensors are brought to elevation marks of upper sections of working parts of corresponding heating elements, or upper sections of main parts of their heating surfaces, or above these marks, and control unit is equipped with switching program timer. Working parts of the heating elements are installed on side walls of the tubular shaft and in the main mass are located on the corresponding sections of the surface coaxial to the tubular shaft of the virtual pipe of greater cross-section, the shape of which bend repeats the shape of bend of the corresponding sections of surface of side walls of the tubular shaft. Temperature regulators of the corresponding heating elements are arranged either in the cavity of the tubular shaft, or on the flange of the latter, or on the casing of the accumulation tank. Electrical connection channels of heating elements, water temperature sensors and temperature controllers are routed through the inner cavity of the tubular shaft.
EFFECT: technical result is maintaining various volumes of heated water in the accumulation tank cavity for a period of time and reducing heat energy losses through the accumulation tank body.
