FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hot water supply. Thermosiphon electric water heater with accumulation tank comprises a decorative casing and a hollow accumulation tank with a housing insulated from the outside, a control unit installed vertically inside the accumulation tank housing with possibility of free circulation of water flow through the inlet and outlet cavities, a thermosiphon pipe with heat-insulated walls, a heating element with a protective thermal relay, the working parts of which have a common fastening base and are built into the inlet cavity of the thermosiphon nozzle through the mounting hole on the lower base of the housing of the storage tank by means of a mounting-locking device, two and more water temperature sensors built into the accumulation tank housing at the specified levels, the temperature controllers connected by the series electric circuit to the corresponding water temperature sensors, the protective thermostat, the heating element and the control unit, cold water supply pipes and heated water extraction pipes, which are connected to the lower and upper regions of the storage tank cavity, respectively. Storage tank is equipped with a throttle mechanism for regulating the flow rate of the circulating water flow through the thermosiphon pipe, including at least a pull-out or rotary throttle of a partial shutoff of the cavity of the thermosiphon pipe at a given cross-section of its cross-section, including a heating element and a thermal relay, which is combined with the mounting base, or mechanism for extending thermosiphon pipe along its axis along guide element, and having electromechanical or electromagnetic drive installed, preferably, from outer side of housing of storage tank opposite to outlet cavity of thermosiphon pipe and connected to control unit.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at reducing time of heated water preparation.
