SUBSTANCE: invention relates to control devices including manual valve control devices or motor combined manual control devices. Stop valves gearless electric drive contains synchronous PMEM with stator surrounding the hollow rotor, inside which the lead screw, manual drive shaft, sliding nut, spring, switch, built-in rotor position sensor, travel limiter, and included in the facility ACS ECS are located. Nonrotating lead screw working motion is performed by the sliding nut rotation, rigidly connected to the motor rotor, which is activated when the electric motor is turned on or by the manual drive shaft, or both together through the switch, at that, with switched off motor, the rotor experiences locking torque, which reliably locks the drive. Screw pair axial forces are closed through the rotor, bearings, stator onto the valve body. In the disclosed drive, the manual drive axis of rotation is coaxial with the actuator axis of rotation, at that, the motion is transmitted via switch and sliding nut, which greatly simplifies the drive design, increases its reliability, reduces its metal consumption.

EFFECT: simplification of the motion from the rotating rotor to the lead screw mechanical transmission.
