FIELD: valve engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of control valves, in particular, to fuel control valves with an electromechanical drive, installed in automatic control systems of drive gas turbine sets of gas pumping units. In the proposed valve controlling in an annular laminated stator placed in the body of the electric drive, twelve poles with windings made thereon are made relative to the outer annular surface of the stator with an angle of inclination of 6+0.5 degrees in the circumferential direction; in the annular laminated magnetic core of the hollow rotor installed coaxially to the stator in the bearings placed in the covers of the body of the electric drive, eight inserts made of a magnetic neodymium alloy are made, arranged symmetrically coaxially the annular surface of the magnetic core to the entire length thereof in the form of a roof of the inverted-V shape with the concavity facing the stator, wherein a leading nut is made on the part of the hollow rotor placed in the bearing in the lower cover, whereon inside of said nut, a leading screw connected with the stem of the locking plunger is placed, configured to interact therewith, with slots made on the non-threaded part thereof, configured to interact with the slots made in the slot sleeve made on the lower cover of the body of the electric drive, wherein inside the annular fixed part of the angular position sensor of the rotor, said part being secured on the upper cover of the body of the electric drive, an annular movable part of said sensor is placed, secured on the hollow rotor, and a hollow fixed part of the linear position sensor of the locking plunger is placed inside the hollow rotor, also secured on the upper cover, placed on the inside whereof is the movable part of said sensor, mechanically linked with the leading screw.
EFFECT: increase in the security of operation of gas turbine engines due to the increase in the reliability, accuracy and speed of the control valves applied in the control systems of the control valves thereof.
