And each of the front part and the rear part is formed by an outer covering element, in which the first sheet material and the second sheet material are joined by lamination, a plurality of pieces of the first sheet material is placed in the direction of the outer covering element corresponding to the direction of the body length, so that a plurality of pieces of the first sheet material are adjacent to each other and do not overlap each other, and the outer covering element has elasticity in the direction of enveloping the waist.
