FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft engine construction, namely to methods for testing aviation gas turbine engines (GTE). GTE test method comprises pre-testing a representative number of engines of three to five in the selected engine operating mode, measuring the gas temperature in front of and behind the turbine at different positions of the angle of installation of guiding apparatus of the high-pressure compressor, determining the gas temperature change value in front of and behind the turbine when the position of the angle of installation of guiding apparatus of the high-pressure compressor changes, and measuring the gas temperature in front of and behind the turbine, during acceptance testing of the engine in the selected operating mode, and if the measured temperatures do not match the set values, the angle of installation of guiding apparatus of the high-pressure compressor is changed until the set gas temperature values reached in front of and behind the turbine.
EFFECT: method provides the same operation mode of the gas generator on all manufactured engine samples, which will allow obtaining the same resource on all manufactured engine samples and preventing premature failure, malfunctions and repairs during operation.
