FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: at stage of project development for gas turbine installation (GTI) there is preliminary designed operating mathematic model of GTI operation. During factory delivery testing, before commencement of operation there are additionally measured temperature of gases behind a turbine of a gas generator t*T, absolute air pressure behind a compressor P*c, and atmospheric pressure Pa. There are determined reference values tT ref and Pc ref under a controlled mode at accepted atmospheric conditions. Further, daily, during operation and under the working mode of the gas turbine installation, there are measured current values of parametres nggCUR, t*TCUR, PcCUR, t*inCUR, PaCUR on base of the first and the second functional dependencies with consideration of value Δngg. There is calculated Pc pDayCUR and tT modeCUR. Also daily these parametres are compared with Pc ref and tT ref. There are gained values ΔPc=Pc pDay-Pc ref and ΔtT=tT pDay-tT ref, which in their turn are compared with preliminary specified values Δ1 and Δ2. Also, in case ΔPC≥Δ1 and ΔtT≤Δ2, operation of the said GTI is continued without any restrictions. Yet, in case of ΔPC1 or ΔtT2, the compressor is visually inspected for detection of damages. If damages are not revealed, gas-air circuit of the GTI is flushed.

EFFECT: raised reliability in determining necessity of engine flush due to increased accuracy and frequency of control over degree of dirtying during installation operation.
