FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is applicable in electronic control systems (ECSs) of gas-turbine installations (GTIs), gas-compressor units (GCUs) and gas-turbine power stations (GTPSs). The GTI start-up is additionally accompanied by start-up time control as time since pressing the "Start" button to the moment of engine idling if the start-up time exceeds the first preset value determined by calculated experiment and specified during GTI acceptance tests. The alert message "Start Time is High" is formed for the GTI operator. The GTI stop is combined with gas generator rotor rundown time control since loss of fuel supply to a combustion chamber (CC) of the engine to the moment of gas generator rotor speed reduction lower than the preset value determined by calculated experiment and specified during GTI acceptance tests. If the gas generator rotor rundown time is less than the a second preset value, the alert message "Gas Generator Rotor Rundown Time is Low" for the GTI operator, and the GTI stop is followed by corrective maintenance of gas generator rotor supports and combined with power turbine rotor rundown time control since loss of fuel supply to the CC of the engine to the moment of power turbine rotor speed reduction lower than a preset value determined by calculated experiment and specified during GTI acceptance tests. If the power turbine rotor rundown time is less a third preset value, the alert message "Power Turbine Rotor Rundown Time is Low" for the GTI operator is formed, and the GTI stop is followed by corrective maintenance of power turbine rotor supports.
EFFECT: high quality of technical control of the gas-turbine installations and higher operational reliability of the gas-turbine installations, gas-compressor units and gas-turbine power stations.
