SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rotary internal combustion engines. Essence of the invention consists in that the engine comprises a screw compressor connected by a variator with a propeller multi-pass two-rotor internal combustion engine having a combustion chamber. Screw compressor, due to the power taken from the propeller two-rotor engine, provides a pressurized combustion chamber with compressed air to ensure the process of continuous combustion of the fuel. By varying the rotation speed of the compressor drive shaft, a change in the pressure of the burning gases in the co-current combustion chamber is achieved. Starting and working stroke of the engine is carried out by supplying compressed air from the receiver to the combustion chamber with simultaneous injection of fuel from the injectors and ignition of the resulting fuel mixture from the spark plug built into the engine body. In the steady combustion mode of the fuel mixture in the combustion chamber, the ignition system is automatically shut off and the combustion process is maintained by the intake of fresh portions of the combustible mixture that ignite from the high temperature of the engine working surfaces. Working surfaces of the rotors and the walls of the housing are made or have coatings of heat-resistant materials. Power reduction and engine shutdown are achieved by smooth compressor transfer to idle mode of operation or by stopping fuel supply to the combustion chamber.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of the engine.
