Air-conditioning inflow chamber contains an air intake shaft with a ladder and a door, an underground ventilation duct, a chamber with a streamlined, rigid body, an air-vent shaft, a filter and inflow chamber, and the system further includes a bypass air intake device with a control valve, and the filter is made of alternating layers of metal mesh and non-woven fabric, and a vibrator is installed in the chamber with a nozzle, the nozzle being made of a material with a large cold storage capacity. In this case, the nozzle of the chamber is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, to the lateral inner surface of which two plates are mutually perpendicularly attached so that they do not protrude beyond the height of the ring, or the nozzle of the chamber is made in the form of a ball on the surface of which blind holes of hemispherical shape are made, or the nozzle of the chamber is made in the form of a ring on the external surface of which a helical surface is made in the manner of a plate auger, or the nozzle of the chamber is made in the form of at least a three-bladed propeller, the nozzle of the chamber is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on the lateral inner surface of which are fixed partitions in the form of holes perpendicular to the axis of the ring of washers whose axes are asymmetric to the axis of the ring, or the nozzle is made in form of inscribable into circle block, consisting of seven interconnected by lateral faces hexagonal parallelepipeds without the upper and lower bases, or the nozzle of the chamber is made in the form of interconnected helical spirals, inscribed in a spherical surface with a center lying on the axis of the connection of the spirals, or the nozzle of the chamber is made in the form of at least twelve connected three-bladed propellers, the projection of which on the plane of the drawing is inscribed in a circle with a center coinciding with the center of one of them.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of heat and moisture treatment of air in the summer period of time.
