FIELD: cooling.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to apparatus for waste air heat recovery and for cooling circulation water, as well as for adiabatic cooling and air humidifying in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Heat recovery unit with boiling bed comprises a body, a separator, a water distributor, injectors, a movable inert head, a pallet and a support grid, wherein guide apparatus and float valve are additionally arranged in the body, and a vibrator is mounted on the support grid, and a movable inert head is made in the form of a cylindrical ring, on side inner surface of which partitions in the form of washers with holes perpendicular to the ring axis are fixed, which axes are asymmetric to the ring axis, or a movable inert head is made in the form of a block inscribed in a circle, consisting of seven interconnected side edges of hexagonal parallelepipeds without an upper and a lower base, or a movable inert head is made in the form of interconnected helical spirals, inscribed in a spherical surface with a center lying on the axis of the connection of the spirals, or a movable inert head is made in the form of at least twelve connected in a block of three-bladed propellers, which projection onto the drawing plane is inscribed in a circle with a center coinciding with the center of one of them.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the dust collection process by increasing the liquid spraying rate of injectors.
