SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the coke dry quenching process. Dry coke quenching plant 1 comprises cooling chamber 2, waste heat boiler 3, first gas line L1, which directs the cooling gas from the cooling chamber 2 to the waste heat boiler 3, second gas line L2, which directs the cooling gas from the waste heat boiler 3 to the cooling chamber 2, bypass line L3, which directs passing through the second gas line L2 gas portion to the first gas line L1, dispersing the line L4, which directs passing in the second gas line L2 gas portion to the outside, and the input flow rate control device, which subtracts the gas flow rates in the bypass line L3 and the diffusion line L4 from the gas flow rates in the second gas line L2 upstream sections 5b and 5c to calculate the chamber input flow rate and controls the gas flow rates in the second gas line L2 upstream sections 5b and 5c or the gas flow rate in the diffusion line L4 so, that the ratio between the amount of coke released from the cooling chamber 2, and the chamber input flow rate approaches the target ratio.
EFFECT: technical result is shortening of the time period necessary for the process tracking and manual control.
