SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for coke dry quenching and can be used in the gas and chemical industries. Coke dry quenching equipment comprises circulation path 2 that induces a circulating gas containing an inert gas to circulate inside and outside the extinguishing chamber, gas fan, heat recovery equipment 21, first dust separator 20 disposed in first circulation path 2a on the upstream side of the heat recovery equipment 21 in circulation path 2, second dust separator 22 disposed in second circulation path 2b on the downstream side of heat-using equipment 21 in circulation path 2, hopper 23 configured to temporarily accumulate dust removed by second dust separator 22, and outlet pipe 30 configured to heat hopper 23 by using the heat energy of the circulating gas withdrawn from circulation path 2.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to prevent condensation of moisture contained in the circulating gas of coke dry quenching equipment in a hopper temporarily accumulating dust at the lowest cost.
