FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of manufacturing a composite blade of a turbomachine, as well as to a sealing device used in this method. Composite blade may be a blade comprising a preform of threads or fibers made by three-dimensional textile, and a binder holding the relative position between the strands of the preform. This preform can be formed by warp yarns and weft yarns, wherein the direction of the warp yarns forms the longitudinal direction of the preform. Sealing device comprises a mold defining an upwardly open socket for housing a pre-cut woven blank, and a vertically movable sealing device forming, together with the mold, a sealing device of the preform previously disposed in the seat. Sealing device comprises at least a part for the stem. Sealing device comprises at least three separate compaction units.
EFFECT: invention provides the provision of a preform of yarns or fibers by means of three-dimensional textile, which, after possible cutting and pumping of the binder, forms the final part, including all parts of the turbine engine blade, without resorting to the use of inserts or any other attachable element.
