FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: method for cutting a preform includes taking an image of the preform, processing the image intended for producing a part of the turbomachine comprising a weaving of a plurality of threads, visually identifiable along a cutting contour calculated based on a preform model in which the threads have a reference arrangement. Image of the preform model is processing in such a way as to determine a deviation in the arrangement of the threads, which are visually identifiable relative to the reference layout. Correcting the cutting contour according to said deviation and cutting the preform in accordance with the said cutting contour. In another variant of the method, the cutting is carried out via cutting machine which is adjusted to perform preform cutting along the cutting contour. In this case, the image is processed in such a way as to determine at least one landmark in the weaving of the preform, and automatically correcting the position of the cutting machine in relation to the preform at this particular landmark. Then cutting of the preform according to the cutting outline. In yet another variant of the method, the image of the preform is processed in such a way, to determine the deviation in the arrangement of the visually identifiable weaving threads relative to the reference layout, and correcting the cutting contour depending on the determined deviation, after which the preform is cutting. Cutting system of the preform includes a cutting machine for cutting a preform, a storage unit in which a pre-calculated preform cutting contour is stored, a preform image forming apparatus, a processing unit for controlling the cutting machine and the image forming apparatus so as to implement a cutting method according to the above-mentioned embodiments.

EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to simplify the cutting of the preform and to reduce the probability of defects during cutting.
