FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical technology of fibrous materials and a method for producing a nanofiber yarn with a high tensile strength. Method includes aligning the individual nanocellulose fibers with each other and forming the nanofiber mesh first by aligning the spinneret in which the nanocellulose hydrogel is prepared of natural and unmodified nano-fibrillated cellulose and extruded through a spinneret at a high jet speed, after which the nanofiber mesh is stretched by leveling on the surface, while the hydrogel jet from the spinneret is applied to a moving slippery surface.
EFFECT: invention provides a technology for high-speed production of nanofiber yarn with high tensile strength.
