FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the petrochemical industry, in particular to the production of butadiene-styrene rubbers obtained by emulsion copolymerization. Process for the preparation of butadiene-styrene rubber involves the copolymerization of butadiene with styrene in an aqueous emulsion by a free-radical mechanism, using as an initiator a redox system, process stopping, degassing, the introduction of an antioxidant or oil filled with an antioxidant in the release of oil-filled rubber and the release of rubber from latex by coagulation with acidification with sulfuric acid and the use of a triple coagulant. Triple coagulant consists of sodium chloride, polydiallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and a by-product of the food industry of the molasses beet, or desugared molasses, or Fertil organic fertilizer with the following consumption of components, kg/ton of rubber: sodium chloride – 10–50; polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride – 0.1–1.0; by-product of the food industry – 20–50, and includes further filtration, washing with water and drying.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce the consumption of the coagulating agent without reducing the acidity of the coagulated system, and also to eliminate the loss of emulsion copolymerization components, which leads to an increase in the productivity of the copolymerization process without impairing the physical and mechanical properties of the resulting vulcanizates and reduction of sewage pollution by components of copolymerization.
