SUBSTANCE: invention relates to track machines of a station, in particular to rail vehicles (1) with a milling device. Such rail vehicle (1) with milling attachment (5) comprises chassis (2) of running gear with wheel pairs, milling head (6) of milling tool. Milling device (5) comprises frame (14) located on frame (2) with clamping device (7), which is capable of being fixed in height. Milling tool is supported by guide shoe against the rail rolling surface (15) and also supported laterally by guide stop (17) on rail head (18). Clamping device (7) of milling head forms bearing guide shoe (16) and guide stop (17). Diameter of milling head (6) corresponds to half diameter of wheelset wheel (3).

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of the surface treatment of the rails is achieved.
