SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the electric vehicle comprising electric motor and electrically connected to an engine on-board power storage means for the said engine supply with electric power. Energy storage means contain: first energy storage module, comprising at least one supercapacitor, and the second energy storage module comprising at least one battery. Energy storage modules are located on the parallel electric branches. Vehicle comprises internal connection means disposed between the power storage means and the engine, made with possibility of two electric branches electrical connection to the engine and configured so, that to connect only one of the two branches to the engine at once. Transportation system comprises at least one vehicle and at least one stop for the vehicle recharging.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the electric public transport charging.
