FIELD: biology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microbiology, namely to methods for biological processing of organic waste, and can be used for disposal of mycelial waste products of aminoglycoside antibiotics and the production of organic fertilizers. Method comprises preliminary pressing of mycelial waste in a separator to obtain a moisture content of not more than 75 %, thermal inactivation of waste at a temperature of 120 °C for 30 minutes, subsequent separate introduction of Cladosporium resinae 173 culture into mycelial waste at a seed dose of at least 7⋅106 CFU⋅g-1, after 14 days, after complete decomposition of gentamicin, Bacillus subtilis 3/105 culture at a seed dose of at least 50⋅106 CFU⋅g-1 and subsequent composting of mycelium for 14 days. After 28 days of processing, the finished compost is subjected to thermal inactivation in an autoclave at a temperature of 130 °C for 90 min.
EFFECT: invention provides reduced duration of composting and exclusion of antibiotic and microorganisms from release of the compost microflora with the acquired antibiotic resistance to the environment.
