On the surface of the upper plate portion of the main body part, grooves are formed in the region on the side of the first end portion from the base of the protruding portion. Also, the first vertical wall portion, extending from a portion of the first end of the main body portion to the projecting portion, has an angular portion, connecting the main body portion and the protruding portion. And this angle is sharp. In the first step, the first vertical wall portion is formed without molding the shape of the groove part in the shape of the surface of the upper plate portion. In the second step, the shape of the groove part is formed on the surface of the upper plate portion.
