SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cosmetology and is a method of producing a composition comprising ex-vivo adipose tissue derived stem cells (ASC), a primary culture (P0) mixed with selected adipose tissue, comprising: growing ASC ex-vivo from an isolated stromal vascular fraction (SVF) in a nutrient medium composed of Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) or an Alpha minimal essential medium (α-MEM), 1-5% penicillin-streptomycin, 1-5 IU/ml preservative-free heparin and 2-20% pooled human platelet lysate (pHPL), collecting said ASC in the primary passage (P0) and mixing said ASC with the selected adipose tissue in a ratio of 20×106 - 20×107 ASC/ml fat, as well as a composition for use as an agent for stem cell-enriched breast lipofilling or breast-mimicking stem cell, cosmetic method for stem cell-enriched breast lipofilling or a breast stem cell filling, a cosmetic method for stem cell-enriched facial lipofilling, or stem cell facial filling and a cosmetic method of introducing an agent into the skin.

EFFECT: invention provides correction of volume defects, as well as an increase in the existing breast volume and facial rejuvenation.
