FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, particularly to a method of producing a composition containing mature adipocytes. This method includes: a grinding-filtration step for grinding and filtering fatty tissue not treated with an enzyme; a step of culturing a minimum amount of fat using a culture medium; stage of obtaining a composition containing mature adipocytes, wherein the culture medium contains hydrocortisone and fibroblast growth factor-2. Also disclosed is a method of producing a revascularisation agent.
EFFECT: invention provides creating a composition containing mature adipocytes, having an excellent ability to revascularize and causing inflammation with less probability.
