In the process reception and transmission of information from the hearing to the hearing impaired in the form of audio and video signals is provided, as well as converting them into text, outputting it to the screen, according to which the receipt and transmission of information from the hard of hearing to the hearer is carried out through a telecommunication device in the form of a smartphone and/or a personal computer, for which the hard-of-hearing person types information in a text format, which is adjusted in accordance with the rules of the language with the help of special software of the telecommunication device, and sends it to the screen in the message exchange window (chat) through the wireless/wire types of communication for reading to the hearing, while the hearing impaired is informed of the receipt of information by a vibration and/or light signal, and the hearer – by a sound signal, along with all the dialogue displayed on the screens in real time.

EFFECT: increased communication connectivity between people with limited health hearing abilities and hearing in real time.
