SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of accelerating learning a foreign language, consisting in the fact that during several sequentially conducted stages of training, one suggestive effect on the user by reproducing lexical forms in the user's native language in one user's ear, reproduction of corresponding lexical forms in foreign language in user's second ear, wherein beginning of reproduction of lexical forms in foreign language is performed with delay relative to beginning of reproduction of corresponding forms in native language and controlling playback speed and delay time, wherein at the first stage words are used as lexical units, suggestive effect on user with simultaneous display of reproduced words on information display facility, wherein on the left of the information display means displaying the foreign language word, and on the right is a word in the user's native language and with initial reproduction of words in a foreign language in the user's left ear and corresponding words in the user's native language in the user's right ear, at the second stage words are used as lexical units, suggestive effect on the user with simultaneous display of the reproduced words on the information display means, wherein the right side of the information display means displaying the word in a foreign language, and on the left is a word in the user's native language and with initial playback of words in the user's native language in the user's left ear and corresponding words in a foreign language in the user's right ear, at the third stage, phrases are used as lexical units, suggestive action on user is performed with simultaneous display of reproduced phrases on information display device, wherein on the left of the information display means displaying a phrase in a foreign language, and on the right is a phrase in the user's native language and with initial reproduction of phrases in a foreign language in the user's left ear and corresponding phrases in the user's native language in the user's right ear, and at the fourth step, phrases are used as lexical units, suggestive effect on the user with simultaneous display of the reproduced phrases on the information display means, wherein on the right of the information display means displaying a phrase in a foreign language, and on the left – a phrase in the user's native language and with initial reproduction of phrases in the user's native language in the user's left ear and corresponding phrases in a foreign language in the right ear of the user.
