FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: during audio dialogue between robot and user, audio data is received and said audio data are converted into text data. In response to said text data, the dialogue theme is determined, wherein said dialogue topic comprises dialogue content and voice dialogue, dialogue content contains a plurality of sentences, and the voice registration of the dialogue contains parameters of frequency, speed and tone, which enable to control synthesis of speech. Determining a sentence to be presented in an audio robot, receiving a modification request of said defined dialog sentence, wherein said modification request is the voice of a plurality of parties, the said modification request is received and restored to the audio modified defined dialogue sentence. Applying one or more moderation rules to a modified specific dialog request according to said modification request, wherein said one or more moderation rules comprise one or more filters, wherein said filters contain blacklists from one or more words or white lists from one or more words.
EFFECT: invention relates to a method of processing an audio dialogue between a robot and a user, which enables to improve services presented by a robot.
