FIELD: drilling of soil or rock.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the drilling tool for the holes drilling in the drilling platform cement ballast tank to gain access to the interior space in the said ballast tank. Drilling tool comprises electric motor configured to drive the first shaft; pump configured to be driven by the well fluid pumping motor through the inlet opening and pumping out through the outlet opening; gearbox configured to be driven by the passing through the pump first shaft to reduce the second shaft rotation; and drill bit having crowns and at least one drill bit fluid channel and configured to be driven by the second shaft. Pump outlet opening is fluidly coupled to the said fluid passage for the well fluid pumping out through the said fluid passage. Gearbox is located in the gearbox housing, located in the tool body with the gearbox fluid channel formation, which provides fluid communication between the pump and the said drill bit fluid channel to prevent the fluid ingress into the gearbox.
EFFECT: disclosed is the drilling tool.
