SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the earth-moving machine bucket wear or protective element fastening device. Wear or protective element to the earth-moving machine bucket fastening device includes base, including body with the front wall and rear wall, which has a passageway extending from the said body and defining the longitudinal axis, stopper, which lower part is adapted for location in the said body, screw having a first end with the head and a second end, and elastic means. In the installed position, the stopper lower part is located in the body, the screw passes through the passageway and by one first or second end is attached to the stopper so, that one other of such ends is located on the passage side opposite to the body. Elastic means is located between the screw head and the passageway, when the said second end is attached to the stopper, or the nut located at the said second end and a passageway, when the said first end is attached to the stopper and the elastic means is partially compressed. Stopper has a front surface opposite to the said front wall and a rear surface opposite to the said rear wall. Elastic means elastic force pushes the rear surface towards the rear wall.

EFFECT: increase in the wear and protective elements service life.
