System comprises the cable laying member comprising housing (201), suction cup (202) fixed to the housing underside, and bracket (206) passing alongside of the housing, wherein the said bracket serves as support for one or more cables fastening elements, and bench including at least one data display screen (101) for facilitating the cable harnesses manufacturing, configured to display the mounting plan, and at least one transparent fastening surface (103, 400), associated with said at least one display screen, wherein the said at least one fastening surface is configured to receive at least one cable laying member (200, 211) for positioning the cables according to the mounting plan.
