FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pulsed signal shaper. Pulse signal generator comprises MIS-transistors with n-type channel, resistor and load capacitor, bootstrap capacitor and diode, where along line 13 supply voltage is supplied to elements of pulsed signal generator, and along line 14 is input control signal. Pulse signal former incorporates additionally a resistor for increasing the constant chain of the bootstrap capacitor charge, one end of which is connected to the supply line, and the other one is connected to the anode of the bootstrap diode.
EFFECT: technical result is to increase power MIS-transistors at low power supply level of pulse-width signals generator.
