SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the glow ignition equipment and can be used as part of the starting equipment for internal combustion engines with glow ignition used in aircraft, auto- and ship modeling. Glow plug heating device contains power source, unit for the supply voltage switching and protection against the supply voltage connection in inverse polarity, rectangular voltage pulses generator, heating current control element, electronic key, glow-current meter, current-limiting element, gated voltage stabilizer, first, second and third logic elements, trigger, first and second threshold devices, starting pulse generator with control element, indicating unit and relay. Rectangular voltage pulses generator is connected to the heating current control element via the respective electrodes.
EFFECT: increase in the glow plug heating device operation stability and reliability.
