EFFECT: enhanced stability of the generated output voltage pulse duration due to prevention of untimely launch of the one-shot thermomultivibrator before the recovery time expiry and extension of functional capabilities due to provision for warning of preparedness for the output pulse generation before the recovery time expiry.
