METHOD OF ELECTRICAL THERAPY OF HUMAN Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61N1/04 A61H1/00

Abstract RU 2660995 C2

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, electrotherapy and can be used for therapeutic and prophylactic effects on the body under various pathological conditions and diseases. Skin is exposed to a permanent electric current, the value of which does not exceed the threshold of acute pain, with the help of electrodes applied to the body, which are short-circuited before being applied. By adjusting the variable resistor, connected in series with the DC power source, a short-circuit current of 10–60 mcA is set. In this case, the positive electrode is applied to the mucosa of the mouth, and negative are the multipin electrodes of the swinging electromechanical platform of the foot simulator, which act on the skin of the foot in the patient's sitting position. Initial value of the current is set between the thresholds of sensation and the acute pain sensation of the patient. As the severity of the patient's sensations decreases during exposure, gradually increase the intensity of the current exposure, not exceeding the threshold of acute pain, the effect is carried out for 60 minutes.

EFFECT: increased efficiency through the selection of improved exposure conditions – during patient relaxation, and the expansion of functionality.
