FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, endocrinology, medical rehabilitation and is intended for medical rehabilitation of patients with type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus and the presence of distal type diabetic neuropathy, sensorimotor form, in medical institutions. Rehabilitation is carried out against the background of hypoglycemic therapy with the help of physical therapy: a 15-day course in the form of sequential implementation during the day of a complex of the following activities. A program of therapeutic group gymnastics is carried out in the gym - performing general developmental and isometric and isotonic exercises to strengthen and stretch the muscles of the lower leg and thigh in the initial positions: sitting with back support on the hands, lying on the back, on the stomach, on the side and standing, 15 procedures for 30 minutes. Training is carried out on a stabiloplatform using computer stabilographic games "balls", "octahedron" and "figures in a cross" - 15 procedures for 20-30 minutes. Intermittent pneumocompression of the lower extremities is carried out using a pneumomassage device using cuffs "Boots" according to the "upward wave with memorable pressure" program with a pressure of 60 mm Hg. – 15 procedures for 40 minutes. Exercises for the lower extremities are carried out on the CON-TREX robotic complex with BFB using the alternation of training periods in the classical isokinetic mode of the complex and rest periods in the CON-TREX complex operating mode "constant passive movement" (CPM) - a course of 15 procedures.
EFFECT: method provides improvement of functional test parameters of patients for evaluation of static and dynamic balance function, reduction of neuropathy symptoms severity, including pain syndrome intensity, improvement of static balance function.
