FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: electrotherapeutic apparatus refers to pyroelectric phenomena in crystals and may be used in physics presentations of dielectric spontaneous polarisation with temperature variation, as well as in physiotherapy and cosmetology. The technical effect is ensured by the fact that the electrotherapeutic apparatus comprises a constant current source, a tickler and two electrodes; the novel is that for the purpose of providing the higher clinical effectiveness a dielectric inert half-body is coated with a metal foil and also comprises a pyroelectric material whereon the electrodes are provided from above and from below; the electrodes are connected by terminals with a switching tube; the PTFE film extending through the round supports and fixed on the emitting electrodes from above to generate a focused electric field, by means of holders, a electrically conductive switch button above the pyroelectric, a relay and a lamp are found inside a reflector to provide the pyroelectric spontaneous polarisation variations.
EFFECT: higher clinical effectiveness ensured by the effect of the focused electric field and spontaneous polarisation variations.
