FIELD: control; regulation.

SUBSTANCE: claimed group of inventions refers to a medical technique, namely to a dispenser for introducing fluids to humans and a method for determining and controlling the level of filling in a cartridge. Device comprises a liquid-filled cartridge that has a fluid drain hole at one end and a piston at the opposite end. Device includes a metering compartment configured to preset a predetermined amount of piston shift. Device comprises a pair of capacitive measuring electrodes located opposite each other in the outer region of the cartridge defining the absolute permittivity of the medium in the intermediate region between the measuring electrodes. Device includes a protective shield for protection against electric fields surrounding the measuring electrodes in the form of a sheath and located around the cartridge and not located between the measuring electrodes and the cartridge. Protective screen is made in the form of a film with conductors applied in the form of conductive tracks. Three separate conductors are made on the film. First and second conductors are made in the form of comb-like conductors entering into each other. Third conductor is made in the form of a meander and lies between these two comb-like conductors. Communication controller and/or several capacitance measuring devices for determining the capacitance between the measuring electrodes and/or a processor and/or an antenna for transmitting the values measured by the measuring electrodes or the values of the filling level calculated therefrom are arranged on the film. Modules located on the film are integrated in the common case of the semiconductor chip. In the method for measuring the capacity, a pair of measuring electrodes are used which are positioned opposite each other in the outer region of the cartridge. Calculate the capacitance between the two electrodes, and based on the calculated capacitance value, according to a predetermined calibration function, the value of the filling level is determined. Next, another capacitance value is determined by means of conductors located in the outer zone of the measuring electrodes in the area of the shielding screen. Another value (C') of capacity is compared with the threshold value. Value of the filling level is considered valid if the other capacity is below the threshold value.

EFFECT: technical result is to improve the accuracy and reliability of the results.
