SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for determining the capacitance between the two electrodes (4, 5), comprising the measuring circuit (6) connected after the electrodes (4, 5), for determining the capacitance between both electrodes (4, 5), the communication unit (7) connected behind the measuring circuit (6), and also the first antenna with the structure in the form of a coil and with at least one winding, connected to the communication unit (7), wherein the communication unit (7) is made to transmit the received measured values to the external data transmission device (40). In accordance with the invention, the device comprises the second antenna (9), with the structure in the form of a coil and at least one winding, which is connected to the measuring circuit (6). The second antenna (9) connections are is directly or indirectly connected to the electrodes (4, 5), so that in case of the antenna (9) excitation by the electromagnetic alternating field, alternating voltage occurs on the electrodes (4, 5). In accordance with the invention, it is further provided that the measuring circuit (6) is made for direct or indirect measurement of the alternating voltage applied to the electrodes (4, 5), or the alternating current flowing through the electrodes (4, 5), and that the measuring circuit output is directly or indirectly connected to the communication unit (7).
