FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and describes methods for determining the analyte concentration in a sample, appliances and systems used in this respect. In one of the versions of the implementation, the method involves detecting a sample containing the analyte and introduced into an electrochemical sensor, containing two electrodes in a spaced configuration; reacting the analyte with inducing physical transformation of the analyte between two electrodes; measuring current outputs on the discrete intervals for determining the sensor filling time with the sample and the capacity of the sensor with the sample; determining the first analyte concentration as shown by current outputs; determining the second analyte concentration as shown by current outputs and the first analyte concentration; adjusting the second analyte concentration taking into account the temperature effect to derive the third analyte concentration; correcting the third analyte concentration as a sensor filling time function to derive the fourth analyte concentration; and correcting the fourth analyte concentration as a capacity function to provide the final analyte concentration.
EFFECT: invention provides the more accurate determination of the analyte concentration in the sample.
