FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology and reflexology, and can be used to correct immunological disorders in the acute period of ischemic stroke. To do this, daily puncture of acupuncture points with immunoregulatory effect is performed. Effect is carried out on the canals of the large intestine (GI(II) 11 Qu-chi, GI(II) 4 He-gu), stomach (E(III) 36 Zu-san-li), spleen (RP(IV) 6 San-yin-jiao), kidneys (R(VIII) 3 Tai-si), San Jiao (TR(X) 5 Wai-guan), liver (F(XII) 3 Tai Chun), which are chamfered symmetrically from 2 sides, anterior median meridian (J(XIV)17 Tan-chung and J(XIV) 6 Qi-hai), as well as points on the auricle: 22, 55 and 101, alternating the sides of the impact (day on the right, day on the left). Procedures of reflexotherapy are prescribed from 2-3 days of patients' stay in the hospital. Duration of exposure is 20–30 minutes by a harmonizing method. Course of treatment includes 10–12 procedures.
EFFECT: method ensures acceleration of the process of early rehabilitation due to the prevention of the development of infectious and inflammatory complications in patients in the acute period of cerebral stroke with a decrease in the drug load.
